Glenn was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana.  After high school, Glenn attended Wabash College.  He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Wabash College in 1985.  He, then, attended Indiana University School of Law.  He received his law degree or Jurisprudence Doctorate from Indiana University School of Law.  After receiving his law degree, he returned to Evansville and has been practicing law here since 1988. 

In addition to his other accomplishments, Glenn has taken and passed the exams necessary to become a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation and an Estate Planning and Administration Specialist by the Board of the Probate, Trust and Real Property Section of the Indiana State Bar Association.

He is married with three children and active in the community.
